My Chickens are 2 1/2 years old and just started noticing runny poop. It also has blood clots. What do I do or use to help???

That's pretty old for cocci but it can happen anytime. Search BYC for cocci and you'll see what to do. In the meantime, try some buttermilk with oatmeal to soothe them. It coats their insides until you can get the correct medicine.

When was the last time you wormed them? You do get some worms up your way more so than I do down here.

If it's bloody, you have to act fast and treat them with Corrid or Sulfadimethoxine asap.  I usually give them some drops of this in their mouth in the beginning.  Like dribble it on their beak, I don't put it in their mouth.
