He or she is about 15 weeks old.  He/she does crow in the morning, but only a few times and I've heard that in a flock of all hens that sometimes the dominant hen will crow.  I've posted a few more photos of my little gal/guy below.

Since he's crowing and has definite hackle feathers, it's pretty clear that he's a cockerel even without a good shot of the comb.

Mother of ~~~ 2 children, a husband, a dog, a BO, a silver laced wyndotte, a white leghorn,  an EE, a guppy tank, and whatever bugs the kids decide to put in a jar for the day  Mt. Baker HWY

Thanks everyone.  I have a question, can anyone tell me what breed my roo was mixed with to get that tuft of feathers on the top of his head?  Is there any breed where the females have that trait?  I just think it's cute!

Cream legbar hens mostly show the tufts but roos have it aswell
