Silver quail D'anvers? chicken or quail?

We got sold these baby chickens as silkies x belgian d'uccle but they arenot that. We came accross the breed silver quail d'anvers and he is identical! do we have an actual quail not a chicken? He has black eyes and crows and a short beak.

no it is a chicken breed.

d'Anvers is the breed, silver quail is the variety (colouring).

Breeder & Exhibitor of fine silkies in Black, Blue, Splash, Grey, Partridge & Lavender.  Working on Dun, Mottled, Partridge dilutions, Paint, Porcelain & other exciting new colours
adult and started pairs occasionally available;
   No eggs or chicks.
