Newly hatched babies pecking at each other

I have 8 babies. My last hatch of lf I had 10 babies and they were fine(no real fighting and I think I have 7 out of 10 roosters!). This hatch is bantams and they are constantly pecking at each other and eating feathers. There is one that seems to get picked on the most and seems to always be in the middle of the trouble. However they all seem to be involved in the pecking from time to time. I am concerned but not sure what I can do. They are a day old.

Homeschool mom to 4 boys and one baby girl, a dog, a roo blrw and his 4 girls(1 BO, 2 rir, and 1 EE), 2 quail and 8 bantam chickens(1 roo and 1 hen d'uccle, 1 hen sboe, bb red oe hen, and silkies(buff, white, lavender and black))

I have done some research and it looks like this is normal. Some people say that it will get better within a few days. So far no blood so i am just going to keep a close eye on them and if it becomes a problem then I will create chicky jail!!!
