The Old Folks Home

Mom long ago told me, "Gettin' old ain't for sissies." She was right. I've been ignoring abdominal pain (right mid abdomen) for several months. Yeah, dumb I know. Any way today I had a CT pelvic scan. No major problems. Diverticulosis which I was aware of and fundal gallbladder adenomyomatosis - nothing serious. For both I'll make a few simple dietary changes. Now as for my hands a shoulders --- they're a lost cause.
That is good news on the abdominal issues!

For me the arthritis is in the hands, left hip, knees and both feet. I to have some pain in my right shoulder and likely issues with spinal arthritis or a combination of that and stenosis.

I do still function but I cannot run or ride a bicycle now.

Things went fine yesterday, thank you. I had them do the IV in the hand. The guy that did it is one that has started my IV several times in my arms, and he's good, so I had him start it in my hand. He didn't disappoint. Nailed it, easy peasy.
