Ok, I've been searching through my recipes, and have had a hard time finding this one, so I thoroughly went through my recipe box tonight, and found it. I got this years ago from a great chef/ It's easy to make, and turns out perfect every time. I humbly submit my pie crust recipe.
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
I knead all the ingredients together with my hands, then divide the dough in half, one for the bottom crust, and one for the top crust.
Put the dough on a large piece of saran wrap, and cover with another large piece of saran wrap, then roll it to the desired size. Repeat for the top crust.
Bake the bottom crust at 450 for a few minutes prior to adding any filling.
