What to do after being around sick chickens

Hi everyone! I need some help on what all do I need to do to insure that my chickens don't get sick. I went and helped a friend rescue some chickens today and when I started catching them I could tell that they all had Coryza. We got them relocated and they DID NOT come to my house. I came home got my clothes in the washer and took a shower. I am going to wash my crate with bleach and then take another shower. Is there ANYTHING else I should be doing before I go love on my girls?

Thank you so much for any suggestions!!

Wash your shoes, or spray them down with Lysol...
At the very least, wipe the poop off your feet before getting in the car.

I washed my shoes but that is a good idea about the Lysol. Maybe I should spray Lysol in my car because the empty crate was in my car on my ride home
