Odd Japanese quail colouration?

Hello I'm new here and wanted to know what the technical term for one of my quail's colouring is called please :)

 

The adult male was a pharaoh colour and the female had italian colouring.

English White

Thank you very much :) I just thought that it was odd as none of her parents where english white and that them genes are recessive. Also I don't know if it changes anything but her eyes are blue instead of brown, which can be seen in the second picture.

Both parents would have to pass the recessive gene to her.

She is very cute!  I have a white chick 2 1/2 wks old with just one tiny black spot by his ear.  I named him Tick because that's what I thought it was at first.  LOL
