Hi Everyone,

My name is Jen, I'm new to chicken raising. I started back in May.

Loving my girls and just had a hatch out of 11 mixed breed bantams under my broody..

I have in my coop at this time 2 Rhode Island reds that are 16 weeks, 2 Plymouth Barred Rocks that are 14 weeks, 1 Easter egger that is 1 1/2 and a white cochin that is 2. As well as the 11 mixed breed.

 

Looking forward to getting to know everyone and learning as much as I can about raising chickens..

TIME is the best thing to spend on a child!
Always calibrate your hygrometer before you incubate!!

Home to Black East Indies, Mandarins, Speckled Sussex, Barred Rock, Golden Buffs, Welsummers, Ameraucanas, Black Australorp, Silver Laced Wyandotte, Two Weimaraners, Two beautiful daughters and a great DH who builds whatever I need!
