rust colored poop from all chickens. no form to poop-HELP

I have 5 2 1/2 month old chickens and an seeing a LOT of rust colored, sticky, smelly poop in the run. I have watched them all poop and am seeing a lot more of this rust colored poop than well formed normal poops. Cecal poops are supposed to happen once or twice a day and these are happening much more often. It has been very hot here in NC but the chickens seem fine besides this runny sticky poop.

Tomorrow I am relinquishing one for euthanasia and necropsy because of suspected Marek's. This chick has shown symptoms for 3 weeks and no on else is showing symptoms. She has been separated from the flock for more than week.

Please someone help me know what to do about this poop issue. I'm very nervous about the rest of my flock. I am petrified that this diahrrea is a precursor to Marek's.

I would take a poo sample in to a vet to check for cocci and blood (and worms).

I don't know if it helps, but my chickens have bouts of runny, rust colored poops- especially during hot weather or when they've had a lot of diverse snacks. I also cecal poop smears more and tends to look like it's covered everything, so it can be quite dramatic.
