chick's feet curved in help

I have a newly hatched black australorp chick and its feet are curved in and it doesn't walk to good i don't know what to do please help.

You can use bandaids or medical tape to tape his little feet in the proper position.  There are several good threads on here with how to do it.

I've had the shoes on him for about a day now and i cant tell if it is doing any better he will walk a bit and and sit down and sleeps more than the other chicks. thank you for the sites they were helpful

I had a coronation sussex chick that had curled toes. She had a really tough hatch.  It seems like she wore a shoe for almost a week before it completely fixed. Her case wasn't too bad, either. Here's her feet before taping:
