'nother newbie!

Hello, all.  I'm a transplanted Californian living in rural Alabama.  I'm new to raising chicks and my chicks are having to learn how to 'do it' themselves since I've had them since they were three days old.  Have three hens and a rooster, and one of them just started laying last Friday...such a tiny, perfect, adorable little egg.  Maybe I'll have it bronzed :)

 

I need to peruse the board now.

I like the bronzed egg idea!

Married to the old dude, 0 human kids, 2 horses, 10 cockatiels, 2 parakeets, 1 sun conure, 1 amazon parrot,  1 eccentric peacock, 1 gsd, 1 pet terrapin, 1 Blue Copper Maran rooster, and 14 world famous Jersey Giants!

 

 

Stan the Man will be missed.

Always calibrate your hygrometer before you incubate!!
