We use various types at our small farm. But here is what we prefer.

Chicks:

Low Pressure Water Systems&Parts

GQF 4004 drinker water systems

4006 One 9" Drinker - Click Image to Close

75 Non-Drowing Base P1QT 1 Quart Plastic Mason Jar

Plastic Mason Jar Feeder-806

For adult fowl I prefer:

Low Pressure Water Systems&Parts

GQF 4004 drinker water systems

4006 One 9" Drinker - Click Image to Close  4085 Drink Cups pkg of 5
Rabbit and Small Animal Feeder 5"-FM5

We also have some pens with homemade feeders and waterers. Milk jugs and soda pop bottles are wonderful.

I will be on/off BYC. If we owe you hatching eggs, please forward us the listing information. We are almost caught up on them and do not wish to miss anyone. Geese are now laying!

Some top breeders/judges will use coop cups at the shows.

C1P 1 Pint Plastic Feed/Water Cup

We have also taken soda pop bottles and cut a hole similiar to the below photo for water at a show. We then zip tie the bottle, laying down, to the coop. Of course my daughter wants to try the boat idea.

These are magnificent ideas!

We did see the breeder/judges cup feeders on line but would prefer to have the kids make something.

Thank you!

I use a tube feeder for my 6 full size birds.  So far, no issues.
