Hi Everyone,

Just a quick message to introduce myself and my family, my name is Michelle, my partner is Garry and our 2 girls are Gertrude a lemon Brahma and Henrietta a chocolate Orpington.

We are both new to chicken keeping, but have wanted to tae the plunge for a while.  Weve now had the girls for 4 months and they are lovely.

I have 2 sons in their 20's, Garry has 2 daughters, 27 and 6.

I am a Painter/Decorator, but at the mo am recovering from a spinal fusion operation !!! Garry is a Manager with Royal Mail.

Our other pets are a Border Collie called Ozzy, cat called Tabitha and 3 fish.

I am looking forward to hearing from some people here and I will be asking questions as I go....hope to hear soon

TIME is the best thing to spend on a child!
Always calibrate your hygrometer before you incubate!!

Home to Black East Indies, Mandarins, Speckled Sussex, Barred Rock, Golden Buffs, Welsummers, Ameraucanas, Black Australorp, Silver Laced Wyandotte, Two Weimaraners, Two beautiful daughters and a great DH who builds whatever I need!
