She'll need to be kept very warm at all times

get her some chick starter feed and make sure she has clean fresh water :)

is she a bit feathered out or is she still fluffy

if she's fluffy you need to keep her inside next to a heater or something unless it's summer where you are

(im in winter mode over in australia)

Put a bulb over her enclosure. It's summer here, but if not warm where you are, try to keep the tank at least 80-85 degrees at the lowest if she's still fluffy. Get some medicated chick starter food and waterer (the dishes are about $1, $5 for the food) put pine shavings down in the brooder box (NOT Cedar). Keep her warm and if you don't want to keep her, start looking for a new home. Otherwise, start looking for a coop! Good Luck!

Clogan 98 pretty much summed it up. The whole brooder does not have to be that warm though. From your description she sounds about 3 weeks old so about 80 degrees would work. Just heat an area for her to warm up if chilled. Might want to put a mirror or stuffed animal in with her for company.
