Question about Cubalayas

I ordered some live chicks from Ideal Poultry and received them on July 15th. They are seven weeks old now and I am concerned about the differences I am seen in them and wondering if I got what I ordered.  There is some drastic differences between them. Half of them look one way and half look totally different.  I took some pictures so you can see what I am talking about.

Half my chicks look like this.  Fully feathered, long tails, light brown/cream color, standard length legs and neck.

The other half look like this. Not fully feathered yet, dark blue grey coloring, no tail, long legs and neck.

I have never raised Cubalayas before and I don't know what they are supposed to look like at this stage, but I assume that if they are the same breed, they should at least look like similar.  I know there are different colors of Cubalayas, but these are not only different in color, they are different in size shape and development.  I guess the dark ones could all be roosters, but that still does not explain why they are not fully feathered yet and still have no tails (Cubalayas roosters are known for their long beautiful tails).

Does anyone here know about Cabalayas? I don't want to complain to Ideal Poultry unless I am sure that I did not get what I ordered.  Thanks for the help.

Thanks.  I guess I have a bunch of cockerels then.  Ideal Poultry was recommended to me by a Cubalaya breeder, so I hope they are good birds.  I also ordered some from the Sand Hill Preservation, but they have been having lots of trouble and my chicks have been delayed for two months now. They say that they might ship them sometime this month, but we will see.
