Is this Silver Laced Wyandotte a hen or a rooster?

This is Zebra, a 21 week old Silver Laced Wynadotte.  She/ he is way louder when clucking than my other Silver laced wyandotte who just started laying this week.  Also, her comb and wattle are more pronounced.  Can anyone tell if this a hen or a rooster?

looks like a hen to me! I see no long hackle or saddle feathers that roosters have and if it were a rooster he would have them by now.

But kind of leaning toward a roo.

yes a full body angle would be more helpful...but at that angle it looks to be a hen
