he got a nose job between the shooting and the jail booking photo

What about fingerprints? If Holmes was previously arrested as an Occupier, then the prints on Orange Headed Guy should match those if he is Holmes. I agree, doesn't look like the same man, similar, but different enough to make you wonder.

Interesting.

 

The eyes seem to be different colours. Still, someone who will Photoshop one thing will Photoshop another.

A course in animation 101 would help clear up how the photos are of the same man. wink.png

The eyes merely look like he was wearing colored contacts.

Same man in all those photos. Ever thing I see cam be attributed to age an lighting.

I wanna say the same man, just two different facial expressions. And lighting/contacts/etc.
He is smiling and his nose and eyes are scrunched up in one, and in the other his face is rather drawn and expressionless, not to mention at an angle.
