Be patient.  If they're only 25/26 weeks old, then they're really still in the "new laying phase" and still getting "situated".  Give them another month or so to get into the swing of this laying thing and it should pick up quite a bit.  Plus, as others have mentioned, high temps (and any other types of stress) will put a damper on laying no matter what their age/health.  So if you can't find anything else that may be causing them issues, then just hang in there.  There's an egg flood on the horizon!

Side note, since you mention blue eggs and Ameracaunas....unless they're pure bred Amera's and not the commonly mis-represented EEs, there's no guarantee of blue eggs.

They're most likely EEs, then, though you can post some photos if you want to know for sure.  Still, EEs can lay blue (ours does!) or green or olive or pink, white, and any shade of brown.  They're a mixed bag of surprises, for sure.

Have you changed the food recently? Once I switched to a cheaper feed and my hens stopped laying. When I went back to the more expensive feed I got eggs again. Learned my lesson!

No I believe the saying is," Don't like the weather in Ohio stick around because it will change!" Mine started laying in the middle of the hottest tempts we have had here in Ohio, I have been giving them special treats to keep cool, ice cold watermelon, frozen ears of corn and I even froze big pans of water and put them in the run, they loved pecking at them. We also added more shade. You are feeding them laying feed? Going to be 90 today. So keep them as cool as you can!
