I've got 1565.00(? cos I got it last yr and didn't write it down) in my first coop, and 2625.00 in my 2nd coop. I ordered mine built already from a man that custom builds them near where I live. This larger one is 8X10 and I have a smaller one of his that's 6X8. Both have nesting boxes and are wired for electricity with 2 heat lamps. 1 in brooder area and 1 in coop itself. Auto waterer from the bucket and I also use another waterer inside on a cement block. I reinforced small coop with hardware cloth and am in process of doing same to unoccupied larger coop.
Each is a self contained coop, the smaller one holds 14 and the larger one will hold 20-25. Both will have runs added onto them made out of the 10X10 dog kennel panels 6ft tall and reinforced with hardware cloth. These are his photos he took for me. I've got his name and phone # if anyone in AL wants it. He does deliver in state I believe. I remove the hose from the waterer in winter and use a Little Giant 3 gallon inside. Also put plastic on all but the side toward my barn in the winter and they did great.
