Well I have reached my first goal and I am so pleased because I still have a few days to go yet and I can now see that the FAT cow is shrinking and the Chick I want to become is a little on the plump side but is on the horizon! I am thrilled too - but the thing is keeping the weight off. I would love to lose another stone. As I said this time last year I promised myself I would lose another stone but instead I put a stone back on! Now I am where I was this time last year so I am looking again at that promise to myself - but that I guess is for another time.( I guess I had mummy and Murph this time last year and I am awfully sad now they are both gone, it hit me very hard but it should not have been an excuse for a pig feast!) I am just pleased to see my feet again and I love the fact that I can now buy clothes off the peg that "fit" me!!!! I would love to get rid of the tummy fat completely but not sure how to do that. - My stomach is a bit of a bother to me still and I would love to get it flat but I am not sure how to with the fibro and the major surgery I have had. Still it is a dream. I am not a bikini girl though sadly! But then I am not a beached whale either!!!!!!! lol.png

The best thing about what I have achieved is that I still ate good food. Nice things like trout and salmon, chicken and ham and even beef and I had nice desserts like the cherry pie! I also had my glass of wine and I even had treats like chocolate!!!!!! So it is possible to get thin and eat good!

The good thing about having it all written down is that I may just have to do it all over to get the next stone off!!!!

Oes - oh yeah and it was not the coffee guys I still have that major headache - anyone want to help me with that one?

Well done on your weight loss thumbsup.gif Can't help with the head ache thing but i can tell you how frustrated i used to get last year when i was trying to lose weight and come a few days before that time of the month i would gain 2 kg.. I remember having a cry many times over it. It would come off again once they were over but it used to drive me mad. I think you said you were drinking lots of water so i guess that is not the reason for the headaches,

Thanks for that.

I have often gone down inweight a few days before then I swell but don;t tend to put on a lot of weight so I am fortunate. Some girls can put on half a stone - now at this stage that surely would make me weep!!!!!!!

I have suffered with the Migraine thing ever since I was a child. It is a hormone imballance and goes away again once "it is over" but for about four/five days I get crippling headaces that litterally make me feel sick and dizzy. Nothing to do with the diet as I am that way whatever I eat. As I said it has been this way for well over 30 yrs.
