Baby Bird Fell Out of the Nest *Advice Needed

There is a baby bird that fell from it's nest and is at the base of a pine tree in my yard. It is old enough to have wing feathers. Should I help it or just let it be? I don't want it to just die. If I do help it, what should I do? I've got chick feed that I could give it.

I have 18 chickens, one kitten, 3 dogs, 2 hermit crabs, and live on 20 acres in the country. I am CrAzY about chickens and plan on getting more! I am continually working to better my chicken practices and to better my flocks.

Leave it alone.  If its wings are feathered, it probably tried to fly out of the nest.  The parents will take care of it on the ground until it strengthens its wings and flies away on its own.
