Pickled eggs

I while back I pickled a LOT of eggs. Turned out more than could be consumed in a short time. So I began feeding them to the hens. They love them. Good protein. Also feed small pieces to chicks.

You can also freeze eggs for later use. You can either freeze them in ice cube trays (shells removed of course), or you can blend them up (shells removed). Blend 3-6 and freeze in freezer bags (air removed) or vaccuum sealed. Mark how many eggs are in it w/the date and freeze. These are suitable for scrabbled eggs or for baking
