They may be pets in this country but they are meat where they came from.

Here where I live people consider pigs/ hogs,  pork whether it be pot belly, other farm raised pigs, or wild pigs. A pork roast taste like pork roast. Smaller pigs/hogs are easier to manage however. Farm pigs, large or small can be friendly but then so can chickens and rabbits. My dog is a pet but livestock is raised and loved but always we know they are going to be eaten eventually.

I am the original Red Neck Woman, the Wildbunch AKA my children, and my husband have recently moved to the boonies. 3 1/2 acres with 3 ponds and surrounded by woods.
