Mika walked down an alley and heard the alarms. She rolled her eyes and turned to an almost invisable door on the left side of the alley. She unlocked the door and threw it open looking at her almost home. She had lived here for about 3 months after she won it off of some guy in poker. It was a small apartment with two rooms, a bedroom and a bathroom. The door opened up into the bedroom, which was painted dark blue. It had a lamp, a black gun cabinet, a black dresser, a small bed with a threadbare blanket thrown on it. There was also a large flatscreen TV that she had stolen a month back. The bathroom was painted light blue and had a sink, a toilet, a shower, and a full-length mirror hanging from the door. Mika walked into the bathroom and splashed cold water on her face. She walked into the bedroom opened up the dresser and changed into black skinny jeans and a blue tank top with a jean jacket over it. She put on her Nikes and floped down on the bed and looked at her watch. She hated to be late. She turned on the TV and flipped to the news and chuckled when she saw a picture of Akemi on the screen running from her current attack. She was surprised they even got that much of a picture of her. She heard the news reporter state that she was a "neighborhood menace" and was extremly dangerous. Mika turned it off and went over to the gun cabinet and took out her old recurve and quiver. She slung it over her shoulder, looked at her bed longingly one last time and set off to find Akemi.
