Looking for a few 2 - 3 month old hens

Hello,  We are new at having chickens in a coop and run (always had them free range and they seemed to care for themselfs).  A couple months ago our daughter brought us 6 one month old chicks...  I built them a nice coop and run and those six are growing and growing and we are really having fun with them...only thing is, we have 4 roo's and 2 hens.  The roo's are starting to face off to one another and I need to get rid of 3 of them and find someone that will either trade or sell us 4 hens.  I have heard it is best to have them all the same age...is this correct?  We live on the Big Island of Hawaii in the Ocean View area, and I wondered if anyone on this forum might live close by and have some hens or would like to trade roo's for hens.

It would be best if they are close to the same size. They will sort out their pecking order but at least they will all be equal in size. Sorry I can't help with a trade.
