Font size

How can I lock the font size to a larger size?    The current size is to small for me and I need something bigger. Such as 16.  So I can read it easier?  I know how to enlarge it when I post but I'd like to no have to select and change it each time.

I use the zoom feature in the browser. I set it to 200% and it makes it so much easier to read.
