I have 5 hens and 1 rooster that are 6 mths old.  I want to introduce 7 more hens that are about 4 mths.  Should I introduce them 1 at a time.  Trying to introduce them all didnt work so good the first go, so we will be trying again.  I just need some imput.

It would be better to introduce them all at the same time. The established group will bully the newcomers at first, to establish pecking order. Leave them to it, unless it gets out of hand. It may also help if you can fence off an area in your run for the newbies, so they can all see each other, but not get to each other. Then let them mingle at a later stage, once they're used to each other.
