Runny, green poop. Is this just stress?

My whole flock got attacked by neighborhood dogs yesterday, killing several and injuring most of the others. Some of them have runny, watery, greenish poop today. They didn't have any of this before the attack. Is this just a sign of stress? Will this go away after they calm down?

My sweet puppy, Maggie (1yo), 3 adorable baby pet rats, Darby, Lilah, and Faye, 3 cats, 2 bunnies, a goldfish named Ghoti (pronounced "Fish"), 1 Khaki Campbell duckling, 1 Magpie duckling, and lots and lots of chickens!

Oh man, I'm so sorry about the attack- what a nightmare! Yes, the green poop can certainly be stress, but if they are dealing w/ injuries in addition to the stress, keep an eye out for opportunistic infection!

I'm going to buy Blu-Kote now. We've bathed them and super glued/steri stripped the major wounds. I've had them on electrolytes and I'll continue checking their wounds and bandaging them until they are healed. Thank you very much. :)
