The setter is used to incubate the eggs only and has an auto turner but no room for lock down. Thus you need to have another place to hatch the eggs, that is were the "hatcher" is needed.
The incubator hatcher is similar to the setter except it has drawers to hatch out the eggs and does not allow for an auto turner or racks, any eggs must be turner by hand.
So basically you will need each of these to hatch out eggs or you can just get a combo - an incubator that has the auto turner racks and a hatching drawer, but this set up means less eggs in the incubator. You need to know how many eggs you want to hatch then decide on which of the above suits your needs.
