I  do not know how I ended up finding this article but I found it interesting. I know little about economic issues so I thought I would ask everyone here. Is this website and article trustworthy in your oppinion? Does anyone recognize the names listed? Does this economic issue they are talking about sound plausible?

I'm not sure about the particular source or article, and will read it over later. But, it should be no secret or surprise that the systems and conditions in place in the US (and elsewhere) are not sustainable. As far as I've seen, reduce and maintain an appropriate population level, and many issues no longer are issues. My fear is that it is not likely to happen now on a voluntary level, but it will become a forced issue later.

It is a sales gimmick to buy into a financial planner/investment scheme..  It could happen though.  The giveaway is the "free" book.

It

is real similar to all the health reports that claim to cure all the ailments of the world... then they peddle their junk and trinkets to those on their mailing list. They get you to believe in a problem and sell you the cure... modern snake oil saleman.

"Guns don't kill people abortion kills people."

The human will is too powerful for philosophy or science.

Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton agreed on little publicly, but they did agree that when the public treasury becomes a public trough and the voters recognize that, they will send to government only those who promise them a bigger piece of the pie

Yep, a sales gimmick. People compile a lot of information and then try to make a buck off of it.

FWIW, I am in the group that believes that a financial collapse is coming. If things don't collapse, the we'll see heavy inflation which will render a lot of savings and investments worthless.
