Black Australorps. From left to right...Tillie, Pearl, Hilda and Molly down in front. They were 4 months old at the time, last year around the 4th of July. They just happened to be all hanging out on this log burl and I ran for the camera in hopes at least ONE of them still might be perching there. But when I returned, they were all still there! I have never again seen them all perch together on this stump. 

Of all the things I have ever lost, I miss my mind the most.

Sorry, but you need to do some homework here. Black Australorps ARE Orps and have been a recognized breed of Orp since the 1920's, bred from Black Orpingtons. Hence the "lorps" on the end of Australorp. wink.png
