I'd love to swap with you for the jaerhons!  when do you think they will be ready?  sounds like could be around the same time as my rhodebars if you might be interested in those. actually we could swap CL eggs as well!

I just rearranged the pens tonight, so, um, three weeks.  I would love to trade Jaerhons for Rhodebars!

excellent, two of my pullets are hanging out near the nest box and quite red in the comb. I keep opening the box expecting an egg but I could be anytime in the next 3-4 weeks I think.  I actually should get on the rhodebar thread to see when they start laying usually. everything from my march hatch is laying except my BLRW. Holy cow! will those things every lay?! I think they are six months old and still no eggs.

My CCL are only about 3 months old, so it will be a little while till they start. I WILL be watching this thread, though, and can't wait to join in! CJ, they look just like the pictures above! big_smile.png

I think most people with auto eggs  wont have them untill later. I know I wont have any for another month or so.  we might ahve to try again in spring if we don't go now.
