sorry for the slow reply, internet trouble. but yes you were right! they are more white than I thought:

 

 

and in other news one of our older light brahma hens came out today with 8 baby chicks!we were wondering what

 mix they could be. our rooster actually showed up down the road on another piece of our property and lived down there by himself for a week or two before finding his way over to our hens and made a new home here! any idea what breed or mix he could be? he's nice rooster , hopefully good genes the chicks are adorable!!

also there is some white under her wings? dont know if it makes any difference
