write a book?

ok , so i was thinking of writing a chicken knowledge book! the simple how to care , feed and love your chickens , breeds , illness's etc...and a bit on behaviour? i dunno mayb im just being silly again , but what do you guys think? there is some stuff i truied to read up on , like a few breeds , butno book had enough :/ so maybe i coul add that kinda detailed stuff in! im probably a lil mad , bu its ben a thought on my mind lately , since we have been having people knocking at the door for my advice on this sick hen , that broody hen , the incubation that wen wrong etc.. i would include how to rear and incubate (an breed) and how to tend to a broody correctly! what does everyone think? :) D.gifyippiechickie.gif

That's a great idea! I also have people here who ask me for advice on their chickens. I keep telling them to look up this site, but I guess not everyone, especially the older people, are comfortable with the internet. They, like me, prefer books. I always look for books on topics I'm interested in.

But seriously, you must do it. Then I can tell all my anti-computer friends to buy a copy. I haven't been able to find a chicken book that covers more than the basics, I find most of my info here.

thankyou , and yes i had the same problem! thats what put it into my head! anyway , ill start tonight , see how it go's and maybe in the long run ill get it published wink.png thanks everyonethumbsup.gif ive already chosen a cover photo lol
