They certainly think so! We discovered wherever we put a heap of kitchen veggie waste shortely we have a writhing mass of grubs. We scoop them up and offer them to our hens, and they love them! Is this safe to do for the hens? I know we may be feeding a future insect pest but also it's a cool way to convert kitchen waste into a high protein food quickly for our hens.
