I know orpingtons can be slow to mature but I'm not seeing anything screaming roo. This is the age when hens start to mature and get red combs and wattles as they reach point of lay. Closer pics of each bird would help.

Well, the kittens aren't so cute anymore and the easter egger cockerels are in the freezer. Plus, I think offering them as "prizes" scared folks off! So, I'm still posting quotes, if you know it let me know. I'm very enamored of this new one, it may hang around for a while!

Look at "My Birds" on my profile. I have a Splash Orp hatched on April 2. So he is exactly same age and yours look nothing like him. His comb is over 1" high and wattles are nearly 2" and ear lobes are as long as wattles. I have 2 Buff Orps that are 4 weeks younger and are just now starting to get wattles and combs growing.

Married to wife of 18yrs, 19yo and 17yo boys(One EOD in Army, other in HS), Australian Shepherd, Australian Cattle Dog mix, 2 dumb cats that hate each other(at least the fighting stopped), 33 chickens

I am leaning heavily toward pullet. The comb and wattles are about the same size as my BO pullets. And the lack of vertical tail feathers and no long pointed saddle feathers looks like a pullet.
