Thanks! I'm not much of a breakfast eater and really only find eggs a tolerable source of protein (usually better than a meat choice for me), so most of the time I bake with the eggs and use the honey to sweeten whatever I'm baking. (Ya, I know I'm weird...don't like meat, eggs, or milk products and love the vegi's!) Currently enjoying some blueberry muffins made with fresh wild blueberries we picked in the Boundary Waters, 7-grain organic flour, our wildflower honey and eggs....YUM!! ;-}   Yes baking kills the beneficial enzymes in honey, but when you forget to add the honey in (cause the recipe calls for sugar and you mixed the dry ingredients the night before and in your just woken state forgot to look past the wet ingredient list... :-(  ), you get to just dip the muffin in raw honey and your allergies are gone for the day!!
