They are Cornish crosses (meaties), I think I am seeing 1 pullet and 2 cockerels. I am surprised they lived long enough to lay an egg! Usually they will eat themselves to death!

When/how do they learn to go to a nesting box to lay, this one looks like it took the hen by surprise.

We got one egg yesterday, perfect, light brown and was a double yoker. Here's some better pictures (Hubby is a better photographer than I am)>

There were no eggs on Wednesday, and two very soft eggs on Thursday and one egg yesterday, gotta get out there right now and check on them. The one we are positive is a male was flopping around on his back last night when we closed them up for the night. We've turned him back on his feet,but not sure how he'll be this morning.
