MONDO grass=death ????

is mondo grass poisonous to chickens, ive planted some of it in a large cage for my new pullets, just wondering if ive stuffed it all up and should plant some thing different?

Should probably stop "accidentally" buying more chickens!!!

14 hens 6 pullets 2 ducks 6 chicks and 5 quails, still reckon I could fit some more in....somewhere!!!!

Don't see it listed here: Toxic plants

 

Or here: Foliage for chicken yard

 

They may just ignore it or not, depends upon how hungry they are.

My chickens don't eat that when they free-range.

my older chickens have eaten a bit of it but their fine i was just wondering if it would affect my 2 month pullets.
