They should as long as you weather proof the coop and give them roost to sleep where they're off the ground. Make sure there is no draft and have a heater for their water so it doesn't freeze over as long as u get a hearty breed you will be fineIm in Wisconsin and new to chickens - my coop is in the process of being built so I dont have chickens yet. If I did sand in my coop and bedding or straw in the nesting boxes will my chicken stay warm enough in the winter?
