Almost no feathers on their backs....

Our Queens have gotten where there are almost no feathers on their backs.....we have 12 hens and 3 roosters all in the same coop.  Almost every one of the hens are without feathers.  What's causing this and how can we fix it?

It's the roosters being over-attentive. You can make your hens chickens saddles to protect their backs and give the feathers a chance to regrow. Here's some links and how-to's in this thread:

Oh WOW!!!!!   Im not crafty with a needle!   Would this mean my roosters may need to be seperated or reduced to 1 instead of 3 becuase ALL my queens have it.
