What time of the day does everyone but their eggs in? Do I just start early in the morning on the first day or do I count the days from the time i put them in? Say i put them in at 5pm, would day two start at 5pm tomorrow?

Yeah, that's how it works. I put mine in at 6am, so the next day starts at 6am. Does that make sense? smile

We raise Nubian goats on our little farm in N.C for milk and as pets. Just got started raising chickens with our three RIR's (born April 19th '08) and now 3 blue laced red wyandotte chicks that hatched 07-25/ 07-26

Yeah, I think it's easier that way. If you'd put them in now, you wouldn't want to count today as day one, since it's not a full day. Usually if it's before two o'clock, you count that day. If it's after, count the next. smile
