all my eggs are pretty dark, even my gree eggs are darker. I used flash on this picture and you can see how pretty an d dark this egg is. She came from this bird... who we did not know what was until I asked and some said sex link, some said copper Maran.. we are thrilled as she is a wonderful bird, sweet and gentle. and now we get these eggs. the back dark egg is also hers from a few days previous. its dark to but with flash it looks pretty light. I was shocked to get this beautiful egg today !
