Dirty looking bills...

What could it possibly be? I have tried wiping it off thinking they were just dirty as they didn't come from the most stellar conditions. They are pekins. We just got 2 ducks and a drake. The drake looks fine, but the females look like they have something all over their bills? I saw some like this at the local fair so didn't really think too much of it but it has me wondering..I can get pictures later if needed

Owned By: 2 Pekin girls (Ming Ming and Giggles), a Saxony girl (Suzie), 3 Muscovies (Eeyore, Ellie and Eliza), Flemish Giant rabbits, a potbelly pig, chickens, 2 boer goats, and soon to be mom of a pair of bronze turkeys

Like dark greenish freckles?

That's normal and a sign of impending laying.

Looks sort of brownish...but I guess it explains it. I know atleast one is laying as I find an egg nearly every morning. I didn't know their bills changed color like that. They also seem to be going through molt..thank you for the info :)
