Can anyone identify these things and help?

My chicken Hester has a few things going on. She is getting older, so this may be just an aging thing, but I'd like to know. I did some internet research, but can't find an answer to either of these things. I've had her for a few years and she was at least one when I got her. She is a wonderful chicken and I want to make sure she's healthy and happy.

Here are the issues (with photos -taken by my son, so they're crooked)

1) white spot on comb

2) protruding ear thing - it's hard to tell, but her usually flat ears are protruding with this yellowish kind of crusty-looking (yuck) stuff. it's on both ears, but this side is worse. it sticks out about 1/4 inch at least.

3) cloudy eye. I'm pretty sure she can't see (or at least well) in this eye, as she always turns her head to use the other eye.

Thanks for ANY help identifying these things!

I agree that it appears to be favus. Miconazole ointment from a monistat package will treat favus.
