Will my game birds ever cluck?

At the top, the little butterscotch chick's name is Butters he's aproximently 11 1/2 weeks old now. He has two 'sisters' who look like him only they're white with some black. They're all mutts, but I know theyr bantam game birds of some sort. I don't know should be worried, or it's normal, but the three chicks don't cluck. All three of them still peep. I raise dominques, and at 11 1/2 weeks, about where the 'mother' of the 3 chicks is in this picture, they all clucked, and some were begining to crow. Is this normal for them to peep so long? The joke is becoming that they were also cross bred with chickidees. I'm just slightly confused and dont know if they'll ever cluck, or if that little guy will ever crow. Can anyone help me out here?

Mine still don't actually cluck and they're 23 weeks old. A few of mine make a 'peep peep bok ba-PEEP' sound. I think it is normal :3

Lol, alright. It's so strange that they don't cluck. I've been trying to figure that or for awhile now. Thanks!
