Any idea of what kind of chicken she is?

post #2 of 8

It looks like an Easter Egger. It will have tufts of fluff start growing by its ears.

I have 3 dogs, a variety of fish, 1 son, 1 black sex link, 1 EE, 1 production red, 1 sicilian buttercup, 1 silver campine, and 1 leghorn.

Mixed breed hen.

Well, the kittens aren't so cute anymore and the easter egger cockerels are in the freezer. Plus, I think offering them as "prizes" scared folks off! So, I'm still posting quotes, if you know it let me know. I'm very enamored of this new one, it may hang around for a while!

Thanks to all of you, it's good to have an idea of what kind of chicken she is. I'm guessing all my others are probably "mixed" as well. I'm clueless as to the breeds. Soooo new at this hu.gif

Looks half partridge or welsummer-ish

God grant me the serenity

courage to change the things I can;

In Jesus name Amen :)
