Hi,

1. My email address is changing. How do I change it in BYC?

2. Also will my BYC password and username automatically change also? I have a new username for the new Verizon email account which Dish uses. Do I need to change it for BYC also?

I can't answer your other questions but to change your email go to "My Profile" then scroll down to "Edit Account Details" You should be able to change it there.
