where to keep my coturnix quail in winter

Hi guys,

 

I have my cotunix quail in a large cage now, but I want to know what to do when winter comes it gets as cold as the 20's here should I cover their large cage with a tarp or should I bring them in the house?(I would prefer not to) Are they capable of cold weather like that?

Homers,Satinettes,Russian tumblers, Coturnix quail and soon Indian Fantails
